The Phoenix House - Additional Services

Attorneys of record may request the copies of sessions to review and present to the Court. A licensed therapist as well as a child psychologist are also available to review the tapes of the sessions, and to make a recommendation to the Court on the interaction between the child(ren) and the non-custodial parent, to note comfort levels and any subtle cues that the child(ren) is fearful or anxious.

Transfers of the minor children will also be provided where either no-contact orders or PPO's are in effect or where a witness is required to avoid false accusations.
