Supervised Parenting Time Guidelines

  1. Cameras will be present at all times and are monitored from the moment of arrival.
  2. Fees for services shall be paid in advance as provided by court order.
  3. Custodial parent shall bring child/children to visit five minutes before scheduled visit. Visiting parents shall arrive promptly at scheduled time. Non-custodial parent should arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled visit.
  4. Custodial parent shall arrive promptly at the end of each scheduled visit to pick up the child/children.
  5. Non-compliance with guidelines or challenging the authority of the monitor may lead to termination of services at the discretion of the monitor.
  6. Cancellation or rescheduling of parenting time requires 24 hours advance notice and both parents must confirm mutually agreed upon reschedules and cancellations. If session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the cancelled visit will be paid as if session occurred by the cancelling party.
  7. Session will be cancelled if a parent is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs.
  8. Parents and children must speak English during session, and must speak loudly enough for monitor to hear.
  9. Family members or friends who are authorized by the court to participate in session must comply with guidelines.
